MOOOOOOOAB!

This is an aerial view of Delicate Arch on Friday night just before the sun set. The majority of the group is at the arch, but me and two friends opted to fly over it. The views were amazing, it was one of the coolest things I have ever done!

Saturday morning we played on the sand hill just outside of Moab, this was one of the coolest pictures. You'll notice, I'm not in it, but that doesn't mean it still can't be cool...

After our escapades in the sand, we rinsed off in the river.

Saturday afternoon, we hiked up Millcreek Canyon to Left Hand. The highest jump was from about 30 feet up (on your far left). Only one girl broke her leg (both the tib and fib) so I think we can call the trip a success, haha. No, but seriously, it was so much fun! I think if I had thought too much about jumping, I would have realized that it wasn't the smartest thing to do (the water was only 8 or 9 feet deep), but I'm glad I did, it was amazing!

These guys were my adopted family on the trip. They were so much fun!

Back to the Old Grind

Who knew that a few days away from Provo could be so refreshing?? Me and a bunch of friends, and many many others (maybe 120 people total) jetted down to Moab for a weekend trip. It was so nice to take 3 days off of work and just relax. Well, relax isn't the right word, we hiked and climbed, but it was nice not to have to use my brain (maybe that explains the cliff jumping...)

But unfortunately, the good times couldn't last forever and I'm back from Moab. And more unfortunately, back at work. I'd rather be a Moab bum...

It was so much fun!! I met lots of great new people and had some great times. Pics to follow as soon as I get my computer plugged back in. We're getting new carpets and bathroom floors today and had to move everything to make way for the renovations.

Be back soon!

FHE- Marshmallow War

For FHE last night, we got PVC pipe and about ten bags of mini marshmallows and had ourselves a little war. It was a lot funner than I thought it would be... and a lot stickier!

Before the mayhem

This is me, Kati, and our Randi friend

Can you see all the marshmallows on the ground? It was this plus a million more!

Andrew's Wedding

My good friend Andrew got married this weekend to a wonderful girl. Besides him being happy and settled and getting ready for med school, possibly my favorite part of the whole thing was when Andrew's Great-Aunt asked Justin if he was dating anyone. His reply: "I don't have a girlfriend. But I do have a mustache..." Pretty self-explanatory if you ask me :)

No. This is not from the wedding. But yes, that's ice cream on his 'stache.

On Fire

So I went to Taco Bell a few days ago and got two tacos for lunch. Only two. And they weren't large, just normal sized tacos. I asked for some hot sauce to go with it and this is what I got. If my addition is correct, there are 24 packets there. What did they think I was gonna do? Drink it?

The Saddest Day Ever- April 28 2008

I know this is a little delayed, but the separation from Katy has been painful and I know ya'll are feeling it too.
This was the day Katy left me for the entire summer to Puerto Rico to be with her family. I know, right? Totally lame. My only solace comes knowing that she'll be back in August.
